Required prior knowledge

EU Green Deal, sustainability impact goals and policies
EU Sustainable Finance Action Plan ambitions and regulatory pillars:
- Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) for companies
- EU Environmental Taxonomy
- Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) for investment products
- EU Green Bonds standard
EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) : the legal requirements to foster sustainable and responsible behavior in supply chains
Financial Stability regulations: Pillar 3 disclosure, Pillar 2 stress testing, incorporation into Pillar 1 RWA models and in fit & proper assessment of Directors
Business case on alignment of a company with the EU Environmental Taxonomy

Target audience: in addition to above, special interest to Directors.

Methodology

You follow a ‘Classroom training’ face-to-face in a group. You, the other participants and the teacher are all present in the same classroom at an agreed time. There is an opportunity for interaction and feedback, both from the participants to the teacher and vice versa. The teaching material consists as a basis of a presentation via the MyFA learning platform, supplemented with various other items (such as digital syllabus, presentation, audiovisual fragments, etc.).
