General terms and conditions

Do you know our general terms and conditions? Learn about your safeguards regarding registration, cancellation, confidentiality and copyright.

Our general terms and conditions apply on the Febelfin Academy website www.febelfin-academy.be and the learning platform my.febelfin-academy.be

These general terms and conditions prevail over the general terms and conditions and/or other conditions of the client, even if they state that they are the only valid ones.
Deviations from these general terms and conditions are only possible with the express written consent of Febelfin Academy.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or in conflict with any legal provision, this shall not affect the enforceability and validity of the remaining provisions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium and fall under the sole jurisdiction of the courts of the Brussels district.

Registration procedure

By registering, you expressly agree with these general terms and conditions. The agreement between the parties is governed solely by the laws of Belgium and all registrations are made via the Febelfin Academy website: www.febelfin-academy.be and the learning platform: my.febelfin-academy.be

Febelfin Academy reserves the right to make changes to the syllabus, the trainers or the venue, if despite all efforts it is forced to do so; in this case we will not be liable for any compensation. Febelfin Academy will inform you immediately of any changes.

You can apply for registration via the interest list if the planned date is not suitable for you and/or if the session is full. As soon as 5 people are on the interest list, we will propose a new date. Your registration on the interest list is free and without obligation.

It is your responsibility to submit your project application to the SME portfolio correctly and in a timely manner. You must also execute all the steps of the project correctly and without delay and make the payment to Febelfin Academy on time. Any application that does not meet the above criteria or the criteria established for the SME portfolio will be rejected by Febelfin Academy.

Please consult the terms and conditions of the SME portfolio for information on application acceptance conditions and payment deadlines. The deadlines established in the SME portfolio may in no case affect the deadlines for payments to Febelfin Academy.

Any failure to secure subsidies from the SME portfolio shall have no impact on the agreement between the client and Febelfin Academy.

Cancellation procedure

Cancellations can be accepted free of charge up to 5 calendar days before the date of the cancelled course. For cancellations after such date, the full registration fee will be payable. Cancellations must be made by letter or by e-mail to: accounting@febelfin-academy.be.
