The CPD training obligation in banking is expressed in CPD hours. To keep your registration as an intermediary, you must obtain 15 CPD training hours per one-year period.
CPD training also applies for those who come in contact with the public. The employer is responsible for this and must prepare an annual, global and updated training plan for all persons who come in contact with the public.
