Do I have to take CPD in compliance?

The persons subject to the continuing education requirement are listed below:

Scope of application: (i) Recognised compliance officers, (ii) employees of the compliance function of regulated entities,
(iii) experts who supervise a candidate compliance officer lacking the required experience, (iv) individuals who have passed the compliance officer exam but do not work in a regulated compliance role.

How many hours of continuing education per 3-year period?
