How to monitor the payment status of a registration ?

Each registration/enrolment has an administrative status based on its payment. 
The 4 possible administrative statuses are:

• Granted :  registration invoiced, payment received. The participant has access to the training.
• Pending - order created : registration invoiced but the invoice is outstanding.
• Pending - partially approved : registration invoiced but the invoice has only partially been paid.
• Pending - matching user:  the system tries to match the registration with an existing user profile and is waiting for a manual validation by Febelfin Academy

You will also find the payment status of a registration in the registration overview of the 'User management' menu.
The 2 possible payment statusses are: 

• Paid
• Waiting for payment
