How to schedule an exam session as an exam center ?

In your L&D company calendar, press the ‘schedule an open session’ button.

Give the session a name and select date and starting/ending time.

• Please count 30 minutes per module
• Please do not plan your starting time later than 4:30 pm Brussels time in order to garantee techical support if necessary

Then, choose the location, the number of participants, and appoint 2 examinators (one is the back-up for the other).

After entering all the data, you can save the session, and the little session block will appear in your company calendar. From then on, you can select this session in the programme via course catalog, and register participants for it.
