Where can I find my attestations and certificates?

Your exam certificates, CPD certificates and participation certificates can be found on the MyFA learning platform, more precisely under the tabs 'My overview' and 'My certficates' in the menu.

Duplicate certificates
As a licensed training organiser, Febelfin Academy has the obligation to provide you with a duplicate of your examination certificate(s) for a period of 10 years and as long as the exams were taken at Febelfin Academy.

If you cannot find this in our learning platform MyFebelfinAcademy, you can request a duplicate of your examination certificate(s) by sending an e-mail to info@febelfin-academy.be. Please clearly state the following details:

• Name
• First name
• date of birth
• the exam for which you request a certificate duplicate
• the organisation through which you were registered
• date/year in which you took the exam.

We will reply to you within 2 weeks of receiving your request.
