CPD training can be undertaken entirely via e-learning. This involves self-study on our learning platform. You learn wherever and whenever you choose to. You can demonstrate the knowledge you have acquired by taking an online test.

In order to hold on to your registration as an intermediary or responsible person involved (effective manager or manager of distribution), you must obtain 15 CPD hours per year. For ancillary insurance intermediaries, the requirement is 3 CPD hours per year.
Persons who are in contact with the public must achieve the same number of hours, under the responsibility of the employer. To this end, the employer must prepare an annual training plan.
