Where can I find my attestations and certificates?

You can find your

• examination certificates
• CPD participation attestations
• participation attestations

back via the menu option 'attestations and certificates' in your MyFebelfinAcademy user profile.

Duplicate certificates
As a licensed training organiser, Febelfin Academy has the obligation to provide you with a duplicate of your examination certificate(s) for a period of 10 years and as long as the exams were taken at Febelfin Academy.

If you cannot find this in our learning platform MyFebelfinAcademy, you can request a duplicate of your examination certificate(s) by sending an e-mail to info@febelfin-academy.be. Please clearly state the following details:

• Name
• First name
• date of birth
• the exam for which you request a certificate duplicate
• the organisation through which you were registered
• date/year in which you took the exam.

We will reply to you within 2 weeks of receiving your request.
