Can I cancel or reschedule my registration?

You can cancel or reschedule your registration via our MyFebelfinAcademy learning platform, up to 5 calendar days before the training course/exam. This is entirely without cost*.  If you cancel at a later time, we will be obliged to invoice you for the full amount.

If you cannot participate due to unforeseen circumstances or illness, please inform us via info@febelfin-academy.be.

*If you are registered for a self-study, the syllabuses will however be charged.

If you have registered via your training manager (via the learning platform and not via our website), contact the internal training manager within your organisation directly so that he or she can arrange a new date.
