If you have forgotten your username, you can indicate this on the login screen: https://my.febelfin-academy.be

Have you forgotten your PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten or wish to change your password, indicate this on the login screen: https://my.febelfin-academy.be

You can reset your password for MyFebelfinAcademy via the ‘Forgot your password?’ link: https://my.febelfin-academy.be/Account/ForgotPassword

You will then be sent a reset link via your chosen communication channel (e.g. e-mail) so that you can reset your password for MyFebelfinAcademy. Important: For security reasons, this reset link is only valid for 24 hours.

If you have indicated SMS as preferred communication channel in your user profile on MyFebelfinAcademy, you will receive an SMS with a reset code which you can use to change your password.

Your password must satisfy the following criteria:

- Minimum of 8 characters in length

- Minimum of 1 alphanumeric and 1 numeric character

- Minimum of 1 special character such as %, @, &, etc.
