EBA Guidelines on outsourcing arrangements

I register

In the context of digitalization, outsourcing is a way to get access to new technologies and to achieve economies of scale.

The European Banking Authority (EBA) guidelines on outsourcing contain specific provisions for the outsourcing arrangements of financial institutions. The National Bank of Belgium has incorporated those guidelines within its supervisory practice.

To help you find your way through the requirements, the speaker will present a very concrete and pragmatic “road to compliance”.

Methodology

Course material:

  • PowerPoint presentation;
  • Live video.
