Target group

The training course can be followed by various target groups:

  • Front-office employees.

Required prior knowledge

Expert level: specifically explains a given subject in detail. In order to take a training course at this level you must have sufficient prior knowledge (expertise).

Programme

CONTENTS

  • Brief review of the existing obligations: theory and practice based on, among other things, recent guidance documents (ESMA, FCA, etc.);
  • Looking ahead to developments in MiFID II/MiFIR: state of regulation and challenges;
  • Considerations and practical tips for carrying out checks in terms of ‘best execution’.

Methodology

You follow a ‘Classroom training’ in a group. You, the other participants and the teacher are all present in the same classroom at an agreed time. There is an opportunity for interaction and feedback, both from the participants to the teacher and vice versa. The teaching material consists as a basis of a presentation via the MyFA learning platform, supplemented with various other items (such as digital syllabus, presentation, audiovisual fragments, etc.).
