Can I cancel, reschedule or transfer my registration to someone else?

You can cancel or reschedule your registration free of charge up to 5 calendar days before the start of the training course or exam via the MyFebelfinAcademy learning platform.

For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 5 calendar days before the start date, we reserve the right to charge the full registration fee.

Unable to attend? You may transfer your place to a colleague or another participant. Please inform us in good time by sending the name and contact details of the replacement participant to info@febelfin-academy.be, so that we can update the registration.

If you are unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible via info@febelfin-academy.be. In case of absence due to illness, a valid medical certificate may be required.

For self-study registrations, the cost of the course materials will always be charged.

If your registration was made by your organisation’s training coordinator through the learning platform (and not via our website), please contact your training coordinator directly to arrange a cancellation, rescheduling or participant replacement.
